Can i add the full £15240 into a S&S ISA then decide what to invest in?

Yes. I'm about to transfer an ISA and will certainly wait until (at least) after the election before I decide what to move the money into.Free the dunston one next time too.0

Yes you can, but unless you expect to decide fairly quickly and intend to invest the whole £15240 immediately, why not keep it in a high interest current account until then? You have until 5th April 2016
