Hi, Ryannair have cancelled our outward flight to France and offered a refund, however they won't offer a refund for the return flight 3 days later. Is there any way we can get a refund for the return flight or is there anything that can be done?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Steve

Ryanair are the same as Easyjet. Each flight stands on its own. You don't have a return ticket but 2 single tickets. As the strike won't be on in 3 days time there is no reason for them to do anything about it. Look at your travel insurance
I managed to get back from Seville yesterday although we landed 3.5 hrs later than we should have due to the problem of getting one of the reduced number of slots through French airspaceThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. Thanks for that. It's a real pain, we booked car hire and the airport parking through them also. We are trying to contact the hire company and airport parking too, hopefully it might not be too expensive. I suppose we can't blame everyone who runs a business for the failure of air traffic control. C'est la vie (no pun intended !)0
