    May be the OP is scared that their online posts will be used in evidence in their court proceedings.

    Although I am fairly confident that my baldness (male, inherited alopecia, combined with anagen effluvium and telogen effluvium) would not have substantially restricted the OP's legally permissible means of asking for justice in a Court Of Justice.
