They would have to access your credit file to remove the default.
There is so little info in your post that it would be impossible for anyone here to offer any constructive advice. If the bank are prepared to go to court, i don't fancy your chances.0 -
If nothing was open at the fos, how do you know personal details and not general were given. Also nothing in there response suggests what your insinuatingDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
