Look for a car trader that buys direct from the public and/or buys in main dealer part-exs. One like that round here and he won't touch auction cars.0

Yes it's just hard finding the right car.
4/5 door, small diesel, nippy and economical... Then for under £3000.
Been looking for around a month.

Worst cars you can buy usually are the ones that owners are trying to palm off because they've done their sums properly and worked out its time it went quickly with no come backs
You are much better to buy genuine part exchange stock either direct from the dealer if you are lucky or certainly from the auction
Just looked at the ebay site.cars look clean to me if average0 -

A trader that buys in genuine part-ex car from main dealers is nearly as good as buying the part-ex from the main dealer. Usually because a main dealer won't entertain a 10 year old sub-£2K car.0 -
Spotted a few Honda Civic's, 2005 onwards so the newer shape. Prices are between £2500 to £3000 which is reasonable enough to go take a look.
