This cannot be recommended. That operation is now on its third incarnation having Phoenixed twice leaving paying customers high-and-dry each time.
If you want someone else to deal with it these are the people: http://www.privateparkingappeals.co.uk/
Judean People's Front, the Judean Popular People's Front and the Popular Front of Judea

Well said.... and as for time issues, no good if the appeal company takes your money and goes bust again as it might be the Sam people. Then where are you but money down and a bigger claim against you.0

The website you linked to does not inspire any confidence.
Should I receive a parking invoice I would either pay it or have someone else deal with it for me. I have very little time to deal with additional paperwork and other BS and value my time somewhat highly.
Well if a flashy website is your main criterion you'd best hope you continue to avoid getting a parking invoice. Plenty of people have posted here about how the previous two incarnations of the one you linked to took their £16 and then folded, leaving them with unfinished appeals and a further £16 out-of-pocket. But hey, you like the look of the website, so that's all good.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Which parking company issued the invoice? (I don't see this mentioned). CEL? UKPC? Someone else?
(POPLA is mentioned ... if the parking company is an IPC member then Skippy's kangaroo court, IAS, would be the appeals body, not POPLA).0 -
The OP, while not mentioning the PPC, does mention that he's got a POPLA code.Je Suis Cecil.0

My money's on METOne important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

No need to get your panties in a twist. You seem to take it very personally.
Maybe you are connected to the website you linked to ?
It was merely a statement of fact. Most successful companies and many unsuccessful companies have a good usable website rather than something that looks like a 8-year old's homework.
I already agreed with you on the company being no good if they have phoenixed before.
So, shove the rest of your drivel.0 -
Just for the record it was Highview Parking0
