Just refund, block and consign her to the dark recess of your memory.

I didn't get a defect when my two opened paypal cases in the last 6 months- so you may well escape that at least.

I know I should, I even had the money left in Paypal because I was expecting this...

Think I will wait to refund, I have until 2nd May, then if I refund and my Paypal is empty it will go as an e-cheque. Petty I know!
Is it too early for a drink :D

Never too early for a drink and yes, I've actually waited until the last moment to refund as well where I felt a buyer was being difficult.

Charming message received today, I am itching to reply!

    hello
I wanted to thank you again for this item that never arrive tomorrow party of my daughters that I had promised that I would have this item for , I can tell you they are inconsolable but good- not your problem bien sure , even before the order I was asking if you thought I was going to receive before April 14 ???
I think you have done me over, but I would not let this story go unresolved and you will pay me back for me the imaginary items.

    Ooer, get her.

It reminds me very much of an old film version of Pride and Prejudice when lady D Burgh takes leave of Elizabeth Bennet and says something like 'I take my leave and I do NOT send cordial wishes to your mother'.

She is so incensed I think she may be telling the truth! Would love another message that would come under 'hate speech' so that I could report her.

I wouldn't reply. Needed for a party, upset children, antagonistic buyer. Sounds like classic fraud. Delay refunding until the last possible second.
