2 parcels sent to the same buyer, INR?!

Is this even possible?! Sent 2 parcels to a buyer in France on 24th and I am getting daily 'where are my items' messages.
Doesn't help that this was a 0 feedback buyer.
Is there anything I can do?!
I sent via O.B.A. so no chance of a claim...

If it's not sent recorded then no I'm afraid. To be fair it's only been 8 working days (not including Sat) I would still ask for them to hold out.People don't know what they want until you show them.0

The first obvious thing is that their address is wrong, typo or they didn't realise the paypal address over-rides on the checkout screen.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Yes addresses are both the same.
I am kicking myself for not sending both items together tracked but as this was France it would have cost me much more than sending the orders separately...
I find that European buyers usually open cases in Paypal rather than Ebay, why would that be?0 -
Check the address on google maps. My understanding is the rural post in France can be slow. With Easter, it could still be delivered.0

When they send the next "Where is my item?" message, just reply with "Merde!".0

I would love to but trying to be professional! Still getting daily messages, latest one was this morning. 0 feedback buyer registered the day she bought my items... Which is why I posted in 2 parcels. Should have sent tracked.
Anyway have set aside the money in Paypal for when she opens her case, resigned to refunding now and nothing I can do...0 -
Now she wants a tracking number /-:0

Ive had a few of those over the years, where you get to the stage where you dread seeing that you have new messages. I just referred the last one to eBay, told him that he needed to go through them, and then I accepted I was going to get hammered with a neg and just ignored him.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I was thinking or replying that I have nothing more to add and simply to wait for the postman...
I hope she opens case in Ebay rather than Paypal, but being in France does it have to be Paypal?0
