Good afternoon everyone,
Well its been lovely again today although not quite as sunny as yesterday. Slept badly last night, don't know why. So woke up at 8.50 am. DD has a friend to stay for a couple of days, so we picked her up at 11.20. They went out and I went to do some shopping. They are watching a film and I am making cottage pie for tea.
DH has gone out on an appointment and DS will be off to work at the pub soon, so a quiet evening in I think.
Glad to hear everyone's good news. What a difference a bit of sunshine makes. Still got another week off so hope this sunshine continues.
Have a good evening everyone.:)SPC 11 #4450 -

Good idea but ive got £160 Debenhams vouchers that have to be spent in the store. They dont accept paper vouchers online. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Evening all,
Been out looking at cars again today. One I liked had dents in the wings which they failed to mention in their advert. They are a main dealer too. Wasn't impressed. The other one I really liked and took it for a test drive but DH was complaining about the fact it had a small dent and a couple of deep scratches on the rear panel. I suppose he is right, it will eventually go rusty and spread. So still looking.

wealthygirl it really was odd weather in the Medway today wasn't it Yesterday I went to the coast with my DGS and the temps were 12-13c and lovely as the sun was out.Today it was 16c yet when I went to my U3A meeting yet seemed colder as it was cloudy.
Good meeting though and the chap who did the talk was chatting about going trekking in Peru. if I was younger it would have been great but 26 miles up and down the mountain to get to Machu Picchu would probaly see me off:):) and how he ate guinea pig and chips was a bit yukky, but everyone enjoyed his adventures. My youngest DGS came along and it even got him listening and watching instead of using my Ipod
:):)
Tomorrow Mick, my lovely gardener is coming, the grass has shot up in the past fortnight so he will be busy.Spent no cash today which is a bonus as I'm shopping from my cupboards at the moment . Right time for a cuppa methinks
Cheers chums
