e2save cashback

Did anyone else get a Nokia Lumina mobile through e2save last year which had a redemption cashback offer so 'should' work out free?
Looking for some advice, having not submitted my bill yet my account says it is now due. However trying to work out which bill I should submit is confusing me :o - it says bill date April, but my account shows I've only received 5 bills up to March.
So even when I receive my April bill it'll be 6 bills? :o Does any advice please?

TIA

Count six months from the date or the order (inclusive). That will almost certainly make it this month's bill. I am watching over 16 claims this month - including many of these. You have already made 1 basic mistake; you should have made certain you know exactly how this works before you ordered. IF you know what you're doing there is no "should" unless CPW follows Phones4u.

I don't think I've made a 'mistake' at all  - simply checking before sending off the wrong one says I'm being careful and yes I know 'how it works'.
However I think my question is a valid query, it says bill April and to date I only have received 5 bills on my account.

If you did know you wouldn't have to ask or check. You'd also know that relying on what their on-line account says can be another mistake. But then, you "know how it works".

Just as well you can ignore the correct answer then, which I gave.

does it not say on your online account with them? send them both so they cant claim you have sent the wrong one.

TBH, i am at the end of my tether with them. I am still waiting on a payment they were supposed to send in November! A "technical error" at their end meant it was supposed to be processed after ANOTHER 60 days in January. And I still dont have it. Supposedly they have requested a new cheque this week. hmmmmm Wonder when I will get the March cashback - December?

Follow the groundrules. You should have sent a LBA months ago.

I had one of my numerous claims rejected this week. I was expecteing that so I took appropriate action the day I received the rejection and they reversed their decision the next day. Should a payment not arrive in a timely manner I would immediately take steps to obtain payment. That's how this game should be played.
