    Thanks for all your posts and help folks.

    I've been able to claim back over £3000 in mis-sold PPI as a result

    Lloyds have also told me when I went into the branch that they have no record of my account with them. I know I did and had Ppi on a loan but I don't have any proof because it was going back to the 1990's!
    Any advice please?
