Good (new tax year) morning
I wish to open a new FR ISA. In doing so can I make deposits into an existing flexible ISA from another provider up to max annual total allowance?

It means that you get a range of benefits, for instance if you wanted put some of your money in a Fixed Rate ISA for a better rate, and keep some in an easy to access account.
