If your employer dismissed you whilst you were off due to medical advice, you might try to find a solicitor that can help you at the employment tribunal, too.0

If you were off work for 8 weeks with whiplash, why did you need a hire car? If you cant work due to whip lash, you certainly should not be driving.
How long did you have this hire car for?
