Existing Sky Movies customers - get Sports for £5pm for 6 months

I got an email the other day saying that as an existing movies customer, I could get sports package for £5 per month for 6 months.
However, in the small print, it says offer not available with other offers. As I'm currently getting 40% off, I knew the chances of me getting this were slim to none. Rang them up and sure enough, they couldn't do this for me, but they did say I could have it for £10.10.
