I was on a one way ticket from POP- Puerto Plata to Manchester.
The plane didn,t turn up, - due according to the hand out info sheet received, to it developing a technical fault coming into Man, on its previous rotation. Another plane was sourced ASAP we were told, resulting in an 11 hour delay getting back in to Man.
Are there legs to a compensation case here?
Have the airline a defense ? We were delayed 11 hours.
