Plusnet Paperless Billing

Just switched my mother over to Plusnet from BT today and realised that I wasn't offered any options for billing: online, paper etc. Looking at the support pages, I can see that bills can be viewed online, but what I want is to avoid her being sent any paper bills, due to very poor sight.
Can someone who is already a customer tell me what the default is please, and if it can be altered?

Online billing is the default, not even sure if paper billing is an option.0

You could perhaps download the bill, print it off and store it as a pdf (using a simple pdf converter program). You can then either print it off scaling it up to a suitable size or view it on screen, again magnifying it in line with the user's requirements.0

Thanks for the replies. I don't need her to read it, I want to avoid her opening correspondence of any sort that she can't read and then panics about!
I used the chat facility on the PN site and they confirmed that they only offer online billing-so all is fine, though it's a little curious that this is not highlighted at any stage of sign up, as some people do still prefer paper billing, even at an extra charge. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
I just get a monthly email from PN the day after my month end confirming that £x will be deducted from my bank account.0
