Are they really this bad?
I just signed a renewal with EE because of what I heard about Vodafone on this forum.
I could have actually got a much better deal with Vodafone but opted to stick with EE because of the alleged terrible customer service!
Probably no national company on here gets much praise .
People use the forum to vent and i no longer take any notice regarding customer service . It may well have only been last month that EE was getting terrible reviews on the forum0 -
Over last few years I have been with Orange/EE, Three, TalkMobile and have never experienced such bad CS or may be I was just lucky with them?
On a separate note, Lee called today and has promised to look into the concerns I have raised so hopefully I will recover the unbilled charges Vodafone expects me to pay.0 -

Just to update the forum - the bill was finally generated and £40 worth of unbilled charges were put on my bill. I downloaded the CSV format of the bill and analysed the calls (because I am a geek and analyse data for living) and here is what I found.
I receive 300 minutes monthly allowance
I made several long calls to my wife's Vodafone number which is part of Vodafone Family and Friends package and these calls should have never been deducted from my monthly allowance.
All other calls I made came to about 288 minutes - leaving me 12 minutes still spare to use.
I have got a nice little spreadsheet with pivot tables to share with Lee which I will do soon
I will also look at previous bills as I have been on Family and Friends package for about 2-3 months and clearly I am seeing no benefit of it and ask to be recompensated.0 -

I am in a contract for another year then I am off.
I even wrote to the representative on this thread,, using his code in the subject line, have I had a response after a week.........??

I need help, my teenage son went on school trip to Andorra, ( Vodafone don't class it as Europe) apparently his iphone 5 left data roaming on, he returned after 7 days with a bill of £2618!! as soon as we discovered this we contacted Vodafone, took precaution of cancel d/d, then 5 days later I got a text saying unusal usage on on sons phone contact VF, I did raised it as complaint as at mno time had he or I rec'd txts or emails alerts that he was using excessive date ( actually only 3.4GB nut Andorra charge £30 mb) I refused to pay and have complained to ombudsman and asked for a Deadlock dispute form. Now we dicover VF have blocked both his and my phones..., was on 191 for 90 mins yesterday and 35mins today .. firstly I need them to stop blocking phone and also we cannot £2618 ...0

just replied via the email, when will u contact as :both phones still blocked, VF now say bill is £3118,and there system apparently will block it every 24 hours, I wont get any response regarding the complaint and deadlock letter for 7 days, this means every day my phone may get suspended. WE(son OR I) HAVE NEVER MISSED A BILL WITH VF , AND TO BE TREAT LIKE THIS IS SHOCKING, I WANT THIS RESOLVED OR I WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION AND I AM PREPARED TO GO TO COURT, I AM PREPARED TO STAND OUTSIDE THE VF SHOPS IN THE METROCENTRE AND TURN CUSTOMERS AWAY TELLING THE HOW BAD VF ARE! LIVID0
