    Same here. I always have my phone with me but never carry around a security reader device. Setup lots of payments and had no hassle doing so with the phone verification.

    I move £15k through various accounts yesterday and none of the payments were stopped.

    I've never had a payment stopped when using the phone verification to setup so in my experience it is only anecdotal evidence.
    Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
