HP car not declared as a driving instructor car

We used to have a fiesta that was ex driving school.
It had been serviced far more often than recommended. It turned out to be one of the best cars we owned and had certainly been well looked after.
It wasn't from a lease though, the driving school owned it.
Driving school owners tend to look after their cars, but don't know about those that lease them.
The mileage on op sounds too low for driving school though.0
