1st - hope you've done well in your exam.

2nd - Can this firm confirm the signs are new?
[not UKCPS, you know NEVER to ring a ppc, don't you?]
Can you get back to see them? - they're bound to be non-compliant.

    Google "land search".

This is all that comes up on the land search. Does this mean anything to anyone?

I know this area, the roads are Council adopted and the actual units are private land.
Hence why finding out exactly where you were parked and who owns this land.

They promised to stop ticketing cars on public land at Stanley Wakefield to avoid the Trading standards, so it is highly likely that they are at it again now the heat is off.
Did they send any pictures ?

WF1 2UY results in Paragon Business Park on Google Maps, but no street view. Nearest road is Red Hall Court.

They didn't send any pictures. I don't think they will have taken any, because there was no signage at the time of the incident. This is why they didn't issue a ticket and have waited until their signs are up and sent an "invoice" through the post.

I am really wanting to get them on the "no ticket was given" defence, which meant the driver could not take pictures to prove innocence.

I will ring the City and Guilds to see if they can be of any use, but so far their response has been you need to take it up with UKCPS.

bod1467 The street is Red Hall court and if you look on street map there are no signs or lines.

The office I was visiting are being far from helpful. It's almost as if they are reading from a script that the parking company have given them. They are non-committal about when signs were up and when not.

Can anyone tell me whether I should be appealing to the IPC. I feel like I might as well, but not sure.

your initial post says you have been given the right to appeal to the IAS, so as long as the 21 days has not timed out yes you can

BUT , its a kangaroo court with little chance of success, but do so if you feel you must
