I had a blinds company come and measure up for new blinds. After 3 weeks, they made and fitted them, but they draw the opposite way I asked, and it took another 10 days and several phone calls and arguing to get them to manufacture them again the way I had asked. The message here is no-one can give you a precise answer.

I wouldn't withhold payment without discussing it with them first, save you having demanding letters and phone calls from DCAs for not paying your bill.

Thinking critically since 1996....
