TSPC is the most used in the area. Photos inside are there! Have to download schedule..Rightmove and Zoopla are only used by one or two EAs here.

I guess possibly, families would be considering schools and commute to work, it is a very nice house but I think the photos appear to be taken low down, it would be easier to show off the rooms if there was more height to the photos. The last two photos of the garden are a little weird.

I didn't read all the description, if it doesn't already include this you could add distances to local town, train station, schools etc.

The thing is Gwylim it is rural - I think people in this area would know that it is miles from towns, stations etc!!!Does say that there is a school bus - but we are talking Cairngorms National Park, snow etc. The estate agent is quite small! But you are right about the last couple of photos..

If you are urgent to sell it Id say reduce it. There's a house up here that went on for £69k and has sold in about 2 weeks. If it's at the right price someone will go for it

Why do you think only those living in the immediate area would be the only ones buying in the immediate area.

I have sold 3 times in Scotland and England, and I appreciate the market differences. There are agents who give further reach, and downloading a PDF isnt doing that...might be time to rethink strategy. Not every buyer is local....I bought my first house from 250 miles away!

There are people who would love a rural cottage like this. But I suspect it needs to have more exposure.., be on RightMove etc.

As having it shown on this website isn't bringing it the attention it deserves, its time to explore other options. Even paying for an online EA.

Hmmm - maybe you are right all of you..I think it would make a fab holiday cottage for someone with money. I will look into it a bit more. I am just very loathe to reduce further - it is a lovely house!

Only thing is - we can only have one EA up here - how do I get it on to Rightmove or Zoopla?

I can't see how to view any photos of the inside just by looking at the website itself. You really need something to say that there are photos available, ideally outside a PDF.
