Can't get my house sold!

My house in a fairly rural area of Scotland (though within striking distance of Dundee and Aberdeen) has been on the market for about 8 months - 6 viewings, no offers. Home report valued it at £125,000 when it was in a state after being rented out. Since then I have spent £10,000+ on new boiler, redecoration, carpets etc etc etc. It is on the market for Fixed price £115,000, I paid £110,000 for it in 2006 and have since spent thousands on improvements.
Do you think I should reduce the price further - maybe to offers over £100,000? It is empty now as I have had to move to another area for family reasons.I would appreciate a bit of input - viewers so far have really liked it (so they say!) but have had various reasons not to buy..

Copy and paste the link here, is it on Rightmove (not sure whether they use that it Scotland), otherwise the agent's website details.
If you can't do that, give us the postcode and the price and we'll try and find the link.Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
