    You can sort the services by CPU Use to see which ones are taking the most processing power, although you may have to keep your eyes peeled as the list is likely to keep changing.

    ey up shaun :wave: - first off, you have ccleaner.

    open it, go to Tools on the LHS menu, and select Startup. Right-click and set to Disable on everything EXCEPT your anti-virus and reboot the pc.

    Firefox and Flash plugin has been having many problems recently, I had to go back to Opera for streaming radio as it kept screwing up FF. Make sure you check for flashplayer updates (note:- recently, you've needed to uninstall flashplayer before being able to install the latest version) but also check that your FF plugin is updated...

    I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple :D
