Samsung S5
Can anyone help me, I purchased a Samsung s5 on a pay monthly contract through carphone warehouse on 19th March for my 18 year old student son, we picked it up at about 7pm on the Thursday night and by the Friday after charging overnight my son came home from college and said that the screen had cracked. I took the phone back on the Saturday and they sent it off to be repaired foc (or so I thought) ive just taken a phone call from carphone warehouse and they have told me I have to pay £169.99?? the phone has no signs or being dropped because it hadn't been dropped, the manager in the shop said he thought it had cracked overnight whilst having its 1st charge. What are my rights?
