Don't expect them to have spent very long considering your appeal. Just appeal to POPLA as per the newbies thread.0

A lot of people on here saying the standard stickys are not much good. Is that the case? sorry dont want to offend ive just read it.0

There isn't a standard sticky for POPLA. There's a section in the NEWBIES sticky about POPLA (post #3) with links to example appeals, but YOU will need to write YOUR own POPLA appeal.
Do so, post it here for critique (redacting any personal/identifiable info) and then get it sent off.
Who are these "a lot of people"? Those that don't understand it? PPC trolls?0
