As per https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5223879 it means they reject your attempt to cancel the contract with them and reject your attempt to counter claim. You know need to apply to POPLA. As Herslos said in the other thread, you can expect a separate reply to your appeal, along with a POPLA code. Was there not another letter? PE usually send 2 - the one above plus an appeal rejection letter, the latter having the POPLA code. Give it a day or so and then get back to PE if the rejection hasn't arrived.

When I wrote my ist appeal, it was with Popla in mind so can i not just enter that to Popla?0

14 days is to acknowledge the appeal - they have 35 days to consider it and accept/reject. (Per BPA code of practice).0

Ok as a few of you prediced, I have had the initial PE appeal rejected and now have a popla code.
It says it has been unsuccessful due to the fact that parking tariffs apply at this car park. Our records show that no parking was purchased on the date of the parking event. However a gesture of goodwill, we have extended the discount period for a further 14 days from the date of this correspondence.
Thing is I didnt purchase a ticket because its first hour free?0
