The question is how long will it take you to transfer in funds to the ISA before the deadline?

It may not be the best rate but try your bank or building society and they can usually transfer funds from your current account to the ISA straightaway.

At least you'll have got an ISA before the deadline and then you can look at the 2015/2016 for better rates.
