Cancelling Equifax

Hi all,
I cancelled my Equifax trial subscription last night. I have received two emails confirming cancellation of Credit Score and Web detect. I am worrying as they may not have cancelled credit reports? I don't want to have to pay anything when the trial ends. Does anyone know if that means it is all cancelled please?
