No.should Virgin have notified me that my contract was due to end and have offered me something else?
The person you spoke to on the phone did you a favour, but they were under no obligation to do so. The onus is on you to seek out a better deal when you're able to, whether that means moving network, staying but just moving tariff, or actively choosing to do nothing.0
