Oh dear! The gel will do absolutely nothing as it's anti-bacterial, not anti-viral. There's a clue in the name Norovirus. In fact, it lulls many into a false sense of security whereby instead of washing their hands, they use only the useless gel.

Do you work for P&O? It rather sounds as though you have an axe to grind with any negative review of them. They have, as I pointed out, been raken to court on four consecutive years for failing to provide proper service for their passengers.

True, but it usually ends up on P&O cruise ships.

Which is entirely different. Your claim was that it's usual for people specifically on one cruise operator to get norovurus, not that the operator has had allegations made against it.

By all means, stick with your original line, but it's not accurate, hence my comment. You have to be wary making inaccurate absolute claims against companies in a way that might affect their business, like claiming all McDonalds burgers are made with horse meat, or something - it can led to tears.
