Virgin BB outage

There seems to be a Virgin BB outage at the moment; the symptom is the router is on with a green light showing, but no connection.

The support line just says "We’re sorry right now our team are all busy; you might like to give us a call again later; thanks and goodbye.".

I live in Kent and my wi-fi internet connection is fine but I can't get onto my Virgin email account.

The message says that their website is temporarily out of action due to technical difficulties

Apparently they cut a fibre somewhere, and a lot of people were affected; mine was back by midnight.

In looking around for info, I found that I had to request my 100 Mb upgrade, rather than receiving it automatically. So something gained from it anyway...

My connection is off as well with them,stop, the reason I cancelled. Sick of it,too expensive.
