Im pleased to say that paypal have issued me a full refund on this purchase.
I again tried to settle this with the company via paypal and they flat out refused to refund me, so I escalated it to paypal and they offered me a partial refund minus postage and a £3 admin charge? I again refused so it went to Paypal to decide, they decided in my favour and I got my money back.
If anyone is thinking of ordering off sugar honey boutique - or The SHB as they now like to call themselves, don't bother, they have no idea when it comes to customer services and people's statutory rights.0
