    the way I understand the "legal" rules


    no ticket = anpr delivered in less than 14 days


    ticket on car = delivered between day 29 and 56


    this lot use PCS for there collections/back office and have "pess" book of popla code numbers

    2: seaky little %^&*(% then uploads photos to ?


    3 PCS then send out a non conforming notice to owner after adding £20 on.

    totally out of BPA guidelines advising there customers to just take a photo , and they will follow it up later , read the crap ,




    don,t like a rep or a customer "snap"
