SIM card options for Spain/Portugal

As the title says I will be going to Spain for 1 week and then 2 weeks in Portugal.
I only need a sim for making calls and receiving calls and the odd sms.
I have an Spanish Orange sim as I go to Spain 2 times a year and the sim is the Mundo card that you can call from Spain to England for 1-2 cents a min.
Can I use that sim card in Portugal to call/receive or will I be better off getting another sim?.
I have tried looking on the Orange Movil site but as its in Spanish I cant find where to look for the roaming charges. I can get to my account on there and purchase credit but if you need to find anything else it goes back to Spanish.

Roaming charges are set by the EU, so your Spanish SIM will (or should) cost the same as a UK SIM in Spain or Portugal.

The 3 network have "feel at home" available in Spain from tomorrow, see their web site for the terms and conditions (http://www.three.co.uk/Discover/Phones/Feel_At_Home). Unfortunately it doesn't yet cover Portugal, but for trips to Spain of less than a month at a time it's probably worth looking into.

Lyca has no Roaming charges to spain and portugal.
OR

One can buy Lyca sim in Portugal and use it same as UK

Thanks for replying.

The Lycamobile is something to bear in mind for the future.
I would like to keep to the Orange Moivil Mundo sim card as the people we are staying with/traveling all have Spanish Orange cards so it makes it cheaper and easy for all.
Like I have said I cant get a translation of the prices for using a Spanish sim in Portugal and calling the UK. I can get a call breakdown if I go to my Orange online account but the calls are not online until 24/36 hours after the call.
