My solicitor got back to me today, it appears they have realized they have been caught out, the executor my aunt, came up with an excuse about an intern payment or something, which my solicitor said was just a petty excuse more or less, and that she has tried to rob us.. he advised me that i could go to the police, but don't want it to go that far.


My other aunt now deleted her facebook, so !!!! has hit the fan with them, can't believe it really.


The executor's solicitor is now dealing with the estate and we expect to recieve our remaining money and my dads belongings threw them..


Never thought they would of done all of that, but suppose when money is involved people change.


The solicitor also said I could send letters to banks to see if my dad had accounts with them, as the solicitor advised me if she was willing to do all of that, there could of been more monies involved she didn't mention.
