BT Cancelled my order

I am totally fed up with BT.
Ordered BT Infinity and got date for connection for tomorrow.
Have had several calls from (Indian Call Centre) them changing the date and then this morning they tell me it has been cancelled owing to trouble with the Fibre.
I now have to have standard broadband and have to re-order.
I questioned the fact that my order included £80 Sainsbury's vouchers and £40 Next vouchers which meant I had to order online to get these deals and not on phone.
Back to website and guess what? no deals now, so I am really angry. Plus, Virgin was cutting off my broadband from tonight so I have had to sort that out with them too.
Oh! and I have already had the Delivery charges plus £36 Installation payment taken out of my bank

Does anyone know of a Comparison site that is still offering these deals?

    Seems odd, you are totaslly fed up, yet have not become their customer and still looking to connect?
    When I was having infinity, there were lots of texts to confirm the date and time, and good as gold, they showed as per plan, my virgin I set to disconnect AFTER the date of the infinity.

    Are BT saying you cannot have fibre ??.
    Then the deals on fibre would not be valid .

    I am going with BT because I have previously paid a years line rental upfront and didn't want to lose out on this.
    Like you, I have had texts about date etc but they kept changing the date and it was to be activated today - until I got the phone call saying it had been canceled because they are having trouble connecting fibre and I would have to have the standard broadband.
    (Thought I had explained that)
    My Virgin WAS set to disconnect AFTER the date Which would have been tomorrow.

    Yes, they said I would have to go with the standard broadband and upgrade later if they could fix the fiber. I was originally told I could have fiber.
    Was just annoyed that I have now lost the vouchers.
