Just come back from Oz. Flew from Birmingham with Turkish airlines via Istanbul to Kuala Lumpur. From there did a side trip to Siem Reap (Angkor Wat) in Cambodia flying Air Asia. We only had 2 nights there but it was fantastic to see. We then flew Air Asia to Melbourne. You can book Siem Reap to Melbourne as a fly through on Air Asia, don't know if they have the same for Sydney but it might be worth a look. We flew from Sydney to Singapore on Scoot. It was really cheap. No entertainment but nice planes, nothing to complain about. We just had one night in Singapore. Did a full day tour. Gardens by the Bay are spectacular. Kranji War memorial is very moving but the best was the Changi Prison museum - very humbling to see the things the prisoners made and how they lived and died. We then flew back from Singapore with Turkish airlines. It was a great trip.0
