Having submitted the driver details, a new notice from PE has now been received by the 'hirer' stating that PE have a copy of a 'signed hire agreement' from the 'lease company', which is poppycock.
I notice the sticky has changed, I'm assuming in relation to the Beavis developments.
Given the course of action I have taken so far, the next step needs to be a standard appeal to PE (which they will reject), but should this appeal also include any admission that the appeal is from the driver?
The new parking charge is now being received 6 months after the overstay.
Thanks for your help everyone - I feel like once I'm clear on what tack to take with referencing 'the driver' vs 'I', then I will be okay for a bit!0
