Had a lovely lunch with Ionafan today. And a good matter. Had a wander around the shops then came home as York suddenly filled up with hen and birthday parties.

Otherwise not much to report. DH has replaced the bath panel, which was cracked. Lots of washing done, so must brave the ironing soon.

A bit fed up, DD2 was meant to stay at her friend's tonight (the friend who's stayed here for the last 2 nights) but the girl hasn't come back (to collect her stuff) since she finished work at about 2pm and DD2 is getting texts messages that change plans each time
DD2 has turned down plans with another friend for this girl, so both DD2 and I are peed off.

    Hiya everyone

Thanks for all the good wishes. I dosed on paracetamol and a couple of brandies last night and slept not too badly.

Today my foot is a nice even mauve with dark purple edging and twice the normal size. I know it's not ligaments (done that before) and am pretty sure nothing broken as it's a dull and not a sharp pain.

I'm really pleased that I live in an apartment - all on one level -and the floors are all wooden/tiled. DH has been an angel and done the shopping etc. Glad I checked the freezers, did the monthly meal plan and shopping list earlier in the week.

Still - apart from the dreaded boredom setting in - I'll soon be back at it. At least I don't have littlies to look after now.

Hope you all have a fantastic Easter break. Hugs, spoons and sticks a-plenty for those who need some

    Evening all.

Lynne - keep resting that foot
Kaz - go on, apply for that job, you never know
Ionafan & CY - glad you had a nice meet up

Apart from the dailies I did this morning I can report no other flying has been done here today. I had a great day out with DD and her boyfriend and managed to declutter a couple of items to them.

    Night night

Sorry I haven't been back since my lovely welcome.

I took the little Anons bowling with a couple of my friends and their kids last night, and today we went to flamingo land. So I am shattered!

Good thing was though, I came home and Mr Anon had cleaned the bathroom, hoovered the whole house and folded some washing.

Tomorrow will be a lazy day because I will need to rest after all the energy I used today. I do however plan on trying to make myself a list or rota based on the ones on here.

I have only read the posts briefly so hope everyone is ok!

Lynne ouch, keep resting. I'm sure chocolate is good for such things!

I spent most of the morning arranging the lilies for the church, wasn't 100% happy with my result but nothing I can do now. The small one for the altar isn't too bad here . The main one wasn't easy to photograph. Other people on the rota had all done their bit so the church looks lovely now; a mix of spring flowers, pagan (easter eggs) and reverent (lilies are 'sponsored' by people in memory of a loved one).

Swept and tidied kitchen floor after the mess I'd made with the flowers. The rest of the downstairs is fine as we had friends round to dinner last night. Upstairs is so-so but I still haven't sorted those earrings........

    Frogs still cuddling here.

Did a lot more seed sowing, trying to fit everything in greenhouse then some weeding while Mr N played with his new toy - a small bench saw he got yesterday. It was pretty grey and chilly for much of the day, hope we get some sun soon. I really want to get the garden nice as I'm off all next week, then have family visiting on 18th.

Must get an early night as it is the Easter Sunday dawn service "Son-rise" at 6.27am eek. Have a Happy Easter everyone.

This is the stall cloth. It was made in Traidcraft colurs, in cotton drill and has separate flaps for each side of the stall, including a shorter one at the back, split in the middle, so we can see the stock boxes underneath! It also has ties so that it can be secured to each table leg to prevent it being dragged off by accident! Ties not fastened here as this was a try-out!

Very talented flyladies to arrange such lovely flowers and make such a clever table cover.

Nice visit to SILs, her new partner is very pleasant and good to see DN and DNp.

I drove all the way home as DH's knee has mysteriously ballooned to double it's size, so hoping not to be spending any of Easter Sunday driving to A&E, little car is broken atm so only I can ferry about.

Right bed time, should wash up but cba.
