Urgent advice please!!!

Good evening all!

Although not new to the website, it's my first post here.

Flying home to my native Latvia in 10 hours, and as I was going to check in online, to my horror realised that my passport had expired a month ago!! Trying to phone Ryanair and even Stansted, but to no avail. I'm flying with my 8 year old daughter, and she's got a valid Latvian passport. As I reside in U.K. but going to my native country what chances do I have to get boarded? The only other form of ID I have is UK driving license which is not really acceptable for flights. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Apologies for a rushed post

Kind regards,

Dai
