I'm interested in this offer for an elderly relative who now wants broadband, but currently has only phone and line rental with TT:
https://sales.talktalk.co.uk/product/broadband/v-simplybb?portalId=MONEY_SE
Can anyone confirm that this offer is available to existing TT customers who do not have broadband (and not just to new TT customers)? The phrase used on the main MSE site is 'newbies to TT's broadband', which suggests that it's open to existing customers.
What is confusing me about this is that if I log into her online account and check for available upgrades, it only offers the Essentials TV and broadband package-not broadband alone.
Second query-are the LoveToShop vouchers only applicable to new TT customers?

From the link you gave:Can I get a voucher? †Our Voucher offers are exclusive to new customers who order online, switch from BT, Sky or Plus.net and keep their existing landline number.0

Existing customers may get cashback by using sites such at Quidco or Topcashback, but,as always, double check the details of their offer as it may be different from the MSE one.0
