OK, I have the ticket but its clear what has happened is that the driver entered only the numbers of the registration number rather than the full registration. It is however proof that the correct fee was paid.
Should I amend the letter to acknowledge that the wrong registration number was entered?0 -
no , amend the appeal to say that THE DRIVER made a mistake on entering the reg number but the attached copy of the ticket is proof that the correct charge was paid
it is the incorrect VRN compared to the ANPR cameras that caused this parking invoice to be generated0 -
