Having received an alleged "notice" on my return home from work today..stating that a vehicle with my registration was parked for 364 mins..and it's allegedly "free" for 180 mins. The photo does show the vehicle entering at 10.23,but what the cameras fail to detect is that the vehicle left the premises via another exit on the 1st occasion..I then returned to the same retail park to collect a parcel from a store later on that day, and, the same camera has took me leaving via the same way i originally entered earlier in the day..advice please.

It will be interesting to see how the IPC/IAS deal with a double-dip scenario. Haven't seen one of these dealt with by them yet.
First things first however OP - start learning about all you need by reading the NEWBIES FAQ sticky. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I have printed off the template in the newbie section and sent it off..Also been to store visited and it can be proved that i indeed did make x2 visits on the said day...so let battle commence.
The store manager is more than willing to give info over the phone,so lets see if they wish to use the number ( not that i have given it to them yet)...0 -
however you will be in the wrong , and loose if the signage states "no return within "x" hours"
please remember that , before going in , guns blazing0 -
But it wasn't the same driver each time - each separate driver gets their own "no return...." term.0

Two periods of parking means no keeper liability anyway - para 9(3) of schedule 4.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Are you confirming this is an APRIL FOOLS JOKE ?????
And I would be a fool to pay it ...... ! !
I received this notice from G24 on 1st April alleging to an offence on 05/02/2015.
At first, thought it was April 1st Joke.
I was at Grand Junction Retail Park on 5/02/15.
We were there from approx 3 - 7 pm.
We are pensioners and in proceeds of receiving disabled badge.
We visited various stores, spent approx. £500, and got prices on a suite.
We moved my vehicle 6 or 7 times to load goods into my vehicle from the various shops we visited.
No way could we have completed our shopping in less time.
There were no ticket machines, or signs about payment, within the car parking areas, so we ended having some food there.
I cant believe what they are expecting me to pay.
It is really unfair !!!! Is it legal ? ?
They are asking for £85 parking charge...
On trying on line to appeal, says it too late to appeal.
Can pay £51 if paid with 28 days of offence.
Only just received this notice,
Any constructive views/ideas would be helpful.

Well for starters, could you stop hijacking News/info and other people's threads as it can get confusing and not get you the best quality help.
It is also something you clearly agreed you wouldn't do as part of your signup.
So go and read the Newbies Sticky at the top of this forum - carefully, then start your own thread.0
