Do I need a TV licence if I never watch TV but play a games console on the TV?

    Just bear in mind a lot of streaming TV from unauthorised sources is illegal, or a grey area at the most. Get caught and you could face a bigger problem. Although people have avoided this by arguing their IP is dynamic, there are other ways of tracking you down and the High Court have forced certain ISPs to release customers information to clients sueing based on copyright infringement or piracy.
