    Evening all

    Really?

''Less than 5 per cent of EU migrants are claiming Jobseekers’ Allowance, while less than 10 per cent are claiming other DWP working-age benefits.

On top of this, the think tank Class found that of those who claim Jobseekers’ Allowance, 91.5 per cent are UK nationals. Additionally, among unemployed migrants, only 1 per cent claim unemployment benefits, compared to the 4 per cent of unemployed UK nationals who are claimants.

Rather than being “benefit tourists”, migrants to the UK make a net contribution, as they pay more in taxes than they take out in benefits. A UCL study this month found that the UK gains £20bn from European migrants. And a study by the OECD last year found that migrants make a net contribution of over £2000 per head.''

Oh, I would have thought that you are entitled to the same human rights as any other member of the EU? I could be wrong here, I am more than happy to read evidence to the contrary :)
If you read the full context of the post, I was making suggestions of what could be done not that I am running for office.i dont know where you live, but we have a large influx of eastern europeans who do not work and have no intentions to, just want to bring their families here or send cb payments back to their country as their government pays significantly less in any kind of benefit payments.all kinds of studies can be quoted and im sure if I cba ed to find them Icould bore everyone to death with them.i have no qualms about foreigners coming who have a job to come to as I am aware of how much they contribute doing jobs that uk ppl will not do, but im sure most of the imigrats queing up at calais have a job to come to and will not live off the state for the rest of their lives, bur I am not that deluded or naive.if you lived near these visitors, you would understand how the majority will not intergrate, will not abide by our laws and increase the crime rate.
I dont expect to go to a foreign country and expect a little england.i try to intergrate as much as I can and respect all local customs and laws.these ppl think england is far game.you are intitled to your op as i am to mineand i am glad we live in a country where speech is free..
People bring great joy into our lives..some by arriving, others by leaving.im trying to be one of the former, so please bear with :)
