Vehicle Control Services - Appeal Rejected

  • Thank you for defending my post.

I certaily wasn't trying to "hijack" the thread. Perhaps I should have been clearer but all I was suggesting that the OP complains to DVLA. I complained to ccrt@dvla.gov.uk using the template from this site.

The more people that complain about this, the more likely something will be done about it.

I know this is a little hijack, but ... did you find out whether your complaint was upheld or not? (See Ralphy's thread about DVLA complaints).

I received a notice in 2011 and ignored it as recommended by MSE but today I have just received a letter from Rossendales Collect saying I owe £100( I remember the original invoice doubling to £140 because I didn't pay in 7 days) I phoned them to ask what the debt was and was informed it was from Vehicle Control Services from 2011. I pleaded ignorance just wondered your views

Just ignore it and anything else they send you. Any further questions should be in your own thread, though.
