Sellers are charged for returns now where you state the item is not as described. So you won't have to pay for it. If you said you didn't like it or changed your mind then you will have to pay for it.
Thanks for replying, I wasn't aware of that - is this new?

It's good you can do this because I've had an issue with an item that was technically faulty, but ebay only allows for you to open a not as described case as there's no wording for a " faulty" case. The business seller tried to argue, ( under the sake of goods act I guess) that the item WAS as described, which technically it was. At the time I had to fight to get ebay to send me a free return label. It was time consuming.

If you have a link to download postage labels are they not prepaid?
You state you got a link from ebay for a returns label.....how did you get it?

    Double checked, it's a pre-paid label.

Seller has never replied, as soon as I opened "item not as described" that's when I received the email from ebay stating print labels

It may be that the seller never replied in the sense that they didn't submit a message. However they may have simply hit 'accept return' when you started the case which is why you got the returns label.
