BT Call Centre Quick online help via LIVE CHAT

When calling BT for help I usually find I'm on the phone for ages and also past from pillar to post trying to get my problem solved. Last year I found a link on there site called 'LIVE CHAT'. It turned out to be a great experience, I had a response within seconds and the staff on the other end were very knowledgeable.
So try this link if your frustrated with hanging on the phone.
