I placed an order last night, now its just been cancelled due to bad weather. I hope they will be sending me a code to make up for it, i never recieve any codes from them. The lady from Tesco told me to get down to the store pretty pronto if i want to stock up:eek:

Does anyone usually recieve a code for a cancelled order? Although as its out of Tesco's control, i have probably just answered my own question.

Also, i had used the £8 off £60 order, can i reuse this code or is it spent now?

And yes i had a blonde moment and put this on the codes only thread:rolleyes: guess it was too early in the morning for me to be posting messages.

Re using the code again - wait 24hrs and there system will be updated and you can use the code again. This has happend to me in the past and Dundee CS advised me that there system will be updated and I can use it again. and yes I was able too

Re getting anything for cancelled order, I doubt it as you have already said its out of there hands

  • I think I read on PTS that there is a misprint on the code. It should read XX-MBL2 instead. Haven't tried it myself, even though received the XX-MBL3 code with my mailing.

I had this problem too (even after receiving the code), but tried xx-mbl3 yesterday and the 200 points banked. So may be worth trying again.

  • Hi there, I'm new to this but have used this website for a short while now for Tesco clubcard codes, And have found it a brilliant site.

I have been collecting points for a while now (5 years+) and have had no problems until I was overcharged £25 on a box of Portuguese rose wine, (originally charged £40! instead on the £15 stated online.
Rightly so I was a bit miffed at this, So I rang customer service.....Very bad idea,.
Not only were they the rudest customer service agents I have ever encountered ( And I have read that over & over again on MANY forums), They discovered my other 3 accounts..oops.
Stupid on my part it may have been (it was £25?!) But I have a very distinct feeling that they did this on purpose in some form in the bid to get me ME to call them instead of them contacting me (About my multiple accounts) and looking like they were being aggressive or them even breaking some sort of personal information law?? (Anybody know?)

Now I'm seeing other obvious mistake from them around the forums. This is amongst others I have noticed:

Im not a conspiracy theorist, But do all these people who get mistyped codes multiple account holders? I wonder...... I lost 6450 points when I rang to get my £25 back. They closed down 3 of my 4 accounts with immediate effect. I'll be more careful in future either now!

    OUCH!

    That has got to hurt.
  • Question:

Trying to gain as much points as possible to collect airmiles (very new to this) and someone suggested that my OH also gets a seperate tesco CC to get extra offers. Is it possible to combine tesco points every quater - i.e. are the vouchers they send specific to me or could I put both towards the same airmiles account?

Any help would be greatfully appreciated!

If you're collecting points for Airmiles, do look out for any Airmiles special offers. Last year they did a two for one deal on tickets, which of course makes your points and miles go that much further. ;)
  • i got the code xx-mbl3 and it has worked for me.

on another subject - does anyone know when the offers on fresh food (fruit & veg and meat) change - they all say valid until 13th and i want to place an order for the 14th
